Is private labeling an option that you provide?
As a leading private label clothing manufacturer, we specialize in offering comprehensive OEM and ODM services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
We can create custom tags, labels, and various embellishments such as stickers, safety locks, zippers, buttons, etc., based on your specific design preferences. These personalized elements can be seamlessly incorporated into the manufacturing of your products. It’s important to note that certain embellishments may have higher Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), typically in the thousands. Additionally, we provide convenient storage options for these embellishments, ensuring they are readily available for use in your subsequent orders.

Our services encompass the following:
- Pattern Making and Grading
- Development of Prototypes or Samples
- Printing, which includes various techniques such as water or rubber-based screen printing, digital printing, sublimation, embossing, direct-to-garment, tie-dye, gold or silver foil printing, and glitter printing.
- Embroidery, using fine threads like Madeira or similar threads to enhance the final finishing of the design if required.
- Application of special finishes on fabrics or garments
- Customization of Buttons, Zips, Pullers, etc. These typically come with higher Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), usually ranging from 10,000 to 30,000 pieces, and can be tailored to your specifications.
- Production of Custom Tags, Labels, Heat Transfers, Product Stickers, etc.
- Shipping services
To initiate the process, we require the following information from you:
- A comprehensive tech pack, or alternatively, the garment itself, which can be sent to our mailing address.
- Specifics such as fabric construction, GSM (grams per square meter), details on the knitting or weaving style of the base fabric, and any logo or artwork design files you have.
- Your anticipated order quantities, broken down by size and color. This information is crucial for planning and tailoring our services to meet your specific needs.

What exactly is a tech pack, and could you share an example?
A tech pack, also referred to as a spec chart, is essentially a comprehensive blueprint that consolidates all the pertinent information about your design. This organized document enables us to fully grasp and precisely manufacture your clothing designs. To illustrate, we have included a sample spec chart file for your reference, providing a clear idea of its contents.

Is the confidentiality of my designs guaranteed with your company?
We adhere to a non-disclosure policy, ensuring that your designs are not disclosed, shared, or used as reference outside our company’s ecosystem.
While certain designs may be displayed in our factory’s sample room for reference, this occurs only after a specific period has passed, ensuring the designs are no longer considered fresh. Importantly, we do not replicate these designs for any other client.
Furthermore, we are open to solidifying this commitment by signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with you, underscoring our dedication to prioritizing and protecting your privacy.
