Gates Wears, founded in 1998 by college batchmates Thirunavukkarasu and K. Jayakumar, is a testament to the power of collaboration, entrepreneurship, and sustainability. After graduating from PSG College of Technology, Thirunavukkarasu and K. Jayakumar embarked on separate career paths, gaining valuable experience in their respective fields. In 1998, they joined forces to establish Gates Wears, drawing on their expertise in metallurgical engineering and textile technology.

Mr. Tharun
Tharun, son of Thirunavukkarasu, pursued his B.Tech in Textile and completed the Global Family Managed Business Program from SP Jain Global. With this diverse educational background and a deep understanding of the family business, Tharun brings fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the company, ensuring its continued success and growth in the global marketplace.
